Delivery can be specified from 5 days after the order date.
*Please note that delivery on a specified date prior to 5 days is not possible.
However, it may be possible to receive your order earlier than the above, so if you are in a hurry, please contact us by phone.
(If you choose to pick up your order in-store, you can choose from "2 days after the order date.")

⚠︎2: Best before date
Refrigerated: 2 days Frozen: 1 month

⚠︎3: For orders over 2 days for in-store pickup
Due to expiration dates, there are a few things we need to confirm. You can choose to change part of the menu or have the items delivered frozen, so please contact us by phone or write your preference in the comments section.

⚠︎4: Regarding cancellations and payments
As we do not prepare food in advance, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds. When ordering, please be careful not to make any mistakes in the product, delivery method, quantity, etc.

⚠︎5: Changing the delivery address
You can change it from the "Delivery Address List" on your My Page.
However, if you have already purchased the item, please note that changing the address from your My Page will not be reflected. Also, if you change the delivery address after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. (1,000 yen per box)

⚠︎6: Returns and exchanges
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product or send us a photo that shows the condition. After checking the condition, we will exchange the product for the same or equivalent product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (e.g. "It was different from what I expected" or "I didn't like the taste").

7. Regarding almond milk
Almond milk can also be substituted with charcoal lemonade for free.

⚠︎8: Points to note when picking up your order in store
Please note that if you do not make a reservation after purchasing the product (including re-reservations after changing the date and time), and more than three months have passed since purchase, the product will be invalid (unavailable for collection).

[How to do a juice cleanse]
■Replace your daily meals with this juice.

■We recommend that you drink the drinks in the order of the numbers on the bottles. (※You can also change the order depending on your mood.)

■Since the liquid tends to settle, be sure to shake well before drinking.

■Take one bottle every 2 to 3 hours.

■To prevent oxidation, once opened, be sure to drink the entire bottle before opening the next one.

■The expiration date is printed on the bottle, so please drink within that period.

■Since this product does not contain any preservatives, please only bring the bottle you will be drinking. Please store the other bottles in the refrigerator or carry them in a bag with ice packs.
(⚠︎If stored at room temperature for a long period of time, it may oxidize, so be sure to store it in the refrigerator.)

■Please drink almond milk as soon as possible. (We recommend drinking it within 3 hours after opening.)

■Please be sure to drink water as well to avoid dehydration. *This is made only from the moisture from vegetables and fruits. It does not contain any water, so be sure to drink plenty of water during the cleanse. (This will also increase the detox effect♪)
